The different cultural identity are at the heart of the XXXII edition of the Masi Award which, from thirty years, celebrates the creativity of people and institutions committed to affirm and promote the fundamental values ​​of society and civil life.

Isabella Bossi Fedrigotti, president of Masi Foundation, said that the award is now necessary to an Italy that seeks confidence in the future. And Sandro Boscaini, president of Masi Agricola, reaffirms that the future has an ancient heart.

Among the protagonists of the "Venetian Culture" section, the neuroscientist Giacomo Rizzolati, the ambassador and historian Sergio Romano and the textile entrepreneur Giovanni Bonotto who has distinguished himself for giving real life to the concept of "Slow Factory."

Transforming in strategic levers the re-establishment of the excellence of art Italian craftsmanship, the affirmation of the value of creativity and the recovery of the local textile tradition, Giovanni was able to revive the Italian manufacturing.

"I like to think about myself as one of the engines of the Third Renaissance . The Second Renaissance produced the Italian economic miracle. Now the sons of entrepreneurs studying at Bocconi are not enough. We need art, that deconstructs the thinking at the factory. Art makes it a free thought. This does not mean to be smarter, to conclude the business. Following my idea, the slow factory increases every year a bit of turnover".
