The thirteen Album Leaves complete a series
of compositions, all of which have their scores written out
on photographs and which include two work composed
previously in the same genre although used elsewhere.
Any performance of these "images" is intended for the piano,
although other instruments may be added, particularly percussion...
This is the second recorded performance of the thirteen
"Album Leaves" and the first recorded performances of
"Aquila Imperiale" and "Ganymede..." (S.B).
